FAT LOSS

How does a goal of FAT LOSS differ from other types of training?
 

Fat loss is a specific branch of strength and conditioning that requires a lot of attention to different elements of an exercise program and which energy systems your body's fuel comes from. Efficient fat loss is not the same as simply "burning calories."

Can't I just make sure that I "burn more" than I consume?

​

​While a general approach is making sure that we use more calories during our workouts than we consume, that is not the only concern when designing a program to target fat loss. Doing the wrong exercises won't hurt you or increase your risk of injury but will make the fat loss process very inefficient. For this reason, a lot of clients tend to struggle achieving the results they want.
